    Is the pocket full of harmonicas a yearl event in Houston. Could it possibly be a traveling show that would make it to Seattle Washington or Portland oregon

    It isn't, although there are occasionally other harmonica events there. Occasionally, Pocket Full of Soul will go and show the footage there.
